DAILY MEDITATION
And Hezekiah sent to all Israel and Judah, and wrote letters also to Ephraim and Manasseh, that they should come to the house of the Lord at Jerusalem, to keep the passover unto the Lord God of Israel. For the king had taken counsel, and his princes, and all the congregation in Jerusalem, to keep the passover in the second month. For they could not keep it at that time, because the priests had not sanctified themselves sufficiently, neither had the people gathered themselves together to Jerusalem.
Isaiah 30:1-3
Transformational Leadership demands a grounding that keeps one focused and in line with what should be for your life. The transformation process comes with hurdles and struggles against what is for that which should be and as a result will challenge your very being and determination. To remain grounded allows for one to take on the wind, rain, and floods of life and not bend or be washed away. Rooted in that which should be is solidified as a result of staying very much connected and grounded in what should be. You building out your well-lived and joy filled life will cause an upset in the status quo of your life and everything in your space and they all will naturally resist and pull and thug at you to remain where you are but being grounded, rooted in what should be gives you the strength to withstand. Occupy Your Promise by consistently and intentionally staying focused, grounded, rooted in the promise for your life, enabling you to stand in the midst of the tensions and transformation to that which should be.
