THE SPRINGS

In order to reach as many people as possible and assist them in their development and maintenance of relationship with Christ, God has called individuals who are full of faith, the Holy Ghost, wisdom and good reputation to assist the Pastor in serving the people of God.  The following is the servant-leadership of The Springs.

Council of Elders and Ministers
Ordained (Elders) and licensed (Ministers) men/women who have been called of God to preach and teach the gospel of Jesus Christ.  As evidence of their calling and preparation for their commission, they serve as an assistant and advisor to the Pastor in the overall spiritual care and development of the flock and the development and implementation of the vision of the church.  While also, under the guidance of the Pastor, maintaining, developing, and implementing their gifts within the Body of Christ.

Diaconate
Men/Women who has shown themselves to be filled with faith and the Holy Ghost, called by God and ordained and appointed by the Pastor to the office of Deacon/Mother.  They are to assist and advice the Pastor in the overall care and development of the flock and assist in the development and implementation of the vision of the church.
