Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained a good report. Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

Hebrews 11:1-3

As you Speak Over Your Life you build confidence in yourself and what you believe should be and as a result build up and nurture your faith. Speaking Over Your Life sets in motion your mind to conceive thoughts and ideas that translate into actions and thus, as you speak, you create that which is not as if it were, the very evidence of the possibility you seek. Please note that just because the possibility does not yield what you believe it should or the final outcome of what should be does not mean that it has been a waste of time, thoughts or ideas, the fruit produced possibility which leads to opportunity.
