🌟 BIG IDEA
You already carry something valuable inside you — a gift from God that was designed to open doors, create opportunities, and bring you into purpose. But that gift won’t work if you don’t know it, grow it, and show it.
Your gift isn’t just about what you do — it’s about who you are. And when you operate in it, even in tough seasons, God makes room for you.
POINT 1: IDENTIFY YOUR GIFTING IN YOUR EXPERIENCE (v. 16a)
Before your gift can make room for you, you’ve got to recognize what it is. Your gift is hidden in your experiences — the things you’ve been through, the stuff you’ve survived, and what naturally flows out of you when you serve others.
Truth: God often reveals your gift through your story. What you’ve gone through isn’t wasted — it’s training.
For Christians: Stop underestimating what God put in you because it doesn’t look “spiritual.” Your gift may be teaching, organizing, comforting, or creating — and it’s all holy when used with purpose.
For Non-Christians / Seekers: Your life has patterns that point to purpose. The things that light you up, or what people come to you for — that’s where your gift might be hiding.
💡 Practical Application:
Reflect on what comes naturally to you or what people always thank you for — that’s a clue to your gift.
Journal or pray: “God, show me what You’ve placed in me that the world needs.”
Don’t confuse position with purpose — your gift can work in the pew, the office, or the street.
“You’ve got to recognize your gift before you can release it.”
POINT 2: INTENSIFY YOUR GIFTING FOR YOUR EXPERIENCE(v. 16b)
Once you know your gift, you’ve got to sharpen it. Growth doesn’t happen by accident. If you want your gift to make room, you must make room for your gift — through discipline, learning, and consistency.
Truth: Your gift can open doors, but your character will determine if you can stay in the room.
For Christians: Prayer without practice leads to frustration. God gave you the seed — it’s your job to water it.
For Non-Christians / Seekers: You don’t need to be perfect to grow. Start where you are. Develop what’s inside you — your gift can bless more people than you realize.
💡 Practical Application:
Take a class, read a book, or find a mentor who challenges your gift to grow.
Don’t compare your gift to someone else’s — focus on improving what’s in your hands.
Stay humble. Every expert was once a beginner who refused to quit.
“If you don’t develop your gift, it’ll stay hidden — not because it’s not powerful, but because it’s not prepared.”
POINT 3: INTERFACE YOUR GIFTING WITH YOUR EXPERIENCE (v. 16c)
To interface means to connect or interact. Your gift is meant to meet real needs. It’s not just for church — it’s for your community, your job, your family, your generation. God didn’t gift you to keep it private; He gifted you to make impact.
Truth: Your gift is the bridge between who you are and who you’re called to reach.
For Christians: God doesn’t just want your praise — He wants your participation. Your gift is how heaven touches earth through you.
For Non-Christians / Seekers: Using your gifts to serve others is a spiritual act, even if you don’t call it that yet. The more you give, the more you discover who you really are.
💡 Practical Application:
Look for ways to use your gift to bless others — volunteer, mentor, encourage, create, build.
Don’t wait for a platform; start with the people right around you.
When you connect your gift to a need, God will connect you to the next level.
“Your gift makes room not just for you — but for others to experience God through you.”
TAKEAWAY
When you identify your gift, intensify it through growth, and interface it with your world — you’ll realize you already had what you needed. God’s been setting the stage all along.

🔑 THEMES UNDER “I GOT IT” & “HIDDEN MANNA”
I Got It: When you know who you are and what God placed in you, you stop chasing validation — you start living in revelation.
Hidden Manna: The gift inside you is sacred, often unseen, and formed in private. But when it’s time, God reveals it — and it feeds more than just you.
