SPRING FORTH NOW - DAILY MEDITATION
Thus saith God the LORD, he that created the heavens, and stretched them out;
he that spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it;
he that giveth breath unto the people upon it, and spirit to them that walk therein: I the LORD have called thee in righteousness, and will hold thine hand, and will keep thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles; To open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the prison, and them that sit in darkness out of the prison house. I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another,
neither my praise to graven images. Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them.
It is God’s desire to offer Himself as the light of the world, the very trigger to the fulfillment of a joy-filled life that produces life and life more abundantly. A joy-filled life is not a life without challenges but one that meets the challenges with the power to overcome whatever may exist and yet live and live abundantly. We, as the crown of God’s creation, have been chosen to be God’s ambassadors, His living visible presence in the world in order to offer His illumination, His way which lights up the pathway, leading to a joy-filled life to any and all who would believe, choose to act according to His intent. In order for you and I to be the light of the world it demands that we Fill Our House with the presence, power, and promises of God that equips us to navigate life in such a way that we illuminate not only God’s pathway for our life but also showcases the way for others, giving God glory, revelation. We need not know for fact the “how” of our situations because with His creation of us, He blew into us the breath of life, His Spirit, that makes us alive in and through all things. It is God’s Spirit within which empowers us, leading and guiding us through the darkness of life, the very light of God. Today, Catch the Wind of God’s Spirit and flow in the blowing of God’s Spirit that illuminates, making you more than a conquerer, a living visible witness. In and through you acting as His light, you reveal in all things a new way, including through life’s challenges in which one can spring forth into the joy-filled life promised and beforehand prepared by God for all of his creation.
