DAILY MEDITATION

But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry. For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.

II Timothy 4:5-8

To successfully Engagethe circumstances of your life, generously and unselfishly, demands a sensitivity that is coupled with an awareness of not only where you are going but also what is happening around you. Being watchful of what is going on around you allows you to sense what God is up to in your life and your space. Your relationship with God, nurtured and sustained, keeps you align with God and His purpose and will. Go ahead and pursue that which should be with all you have but at the same time sensitive, watchful using the Spirit of God to give you insight so that you are both diligent and faithful in that which God has ordered for your life. The circumstance of your life has a way to distract and refocus your attention from what should be to what is, stay focused and the game with God and His plan for your life. As you stay in the game, remain faithful to what should be for your life and do not let the circumstances frustrate or deter you but keep pressing forward to the higher calling. The task of staying in the game and staying faithful drains you but God has given you the Holy Ghost, the very essence of Him, receive it and stay encouraged throughout the process. Remember God is faithful and will not allow you to be tempted above that which you are able but will with the temptation also provide a way of escape that you will be able to stand up under it. Fight the good fight to win and be victorious; the battle is the Lord’s. The Lord uses your battle to develop in you His witness as you Occupy Your Promiseand receive your reward, a well-lived and joy filled life as a witness that includes not only you but everything in your space!
