DAILY MEDITATION

For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven;

and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble:

and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the Lord of hosts,

that it shall leave them neither root nor branch.

But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.

And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet

in the day that I shall do this, saith the Lord of hosts.

Malachi 4:1-3

The Lord has promised that we will be secure as we move in the way that He has prepared. Living in The Spirit releases us from the enormous burden of providing our total security from the vicissitudes of life and allows for God Himself to shoulder it. God does not promise that we will not have challenges but He does assure us that those challenges will not prosper, in fact, he said they will be dissolved, burned and under our feet. We cannot plan enough or be confident enough that life’s normal twists and turns would not happen and can be prevented under our own power. However, what we have by Living in The Spirit is the assurance, confidence that God is with us and as He has prepared our way will enable us to overcome all things to inherit His promises for our lives. Let’s Go In assured that our way has been prepared and whatever it brings we have God who will defend and secure us, ensuring our overcoming and inheriting all things!
