The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep. But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep. The hireling fleeth, because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep. I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.
John 10:10-14
How can you Discern The Holy in a world filled with voices that promise fulfillment but leave people empty? Jesus declares that the thief comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but that He came so we might have life more abundantly, reminding us that one of the clearest signs of God's presence is the production of life, growth, freedom, and wholeness. What is High and Lifted Up is a life that refuses to settle for survival when God has called us to abundance in purpose, wisdom, peace, and impact. For a people who have often had to fight against systems designed to diminish dreams and restrict possibilities, this passage reminds us that God's intention has always been for us to flourish, not merely endure. Dream Big, because the Good Shepherd sees more in you than your current circumstances reveal and is leading you toward a future filled with possibility. Decide To Become someone who follows the Shepherd's voice, trusting His guidance over every distraction, fear, or limitation that seeks to pull you off course. Demonstrate Your Power by embracing abundant living, serving with purpose, loving with courage, and walking confidently in your calling, because those who follow the Good Shepherd will rise and live High and Lifted Up.
