Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit.  Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit.  You should not be surprised at my saying, ‘You must be born again.’  The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.

Have you ever tried to explain the wind to someone who has never felt it? Jesus tells Nicodemus that the Spirit moves like the wind—unseen, unpredictable, yet undeniably real—reminding us that Discerning The Holy is not always about having all the answers but learning to recognize God's movement in our lives. What is High and Lifted Up is a faith that trusts God's presence even when His process cannot be fully explained or controlled. For a people whose history is filled with moments where God made a way out of no way, this passage reminds us that the Spirit often works beyond our expectations, beyond our plans, and beyond our limitations. Dream Big, because the same Spirit that moved over creation, empowered our ancestors, and raised Christ from the dead is still moving today, creating new possibilities where others see impossibilities. Decide To Become someone who remains open to God's transforming work, understanding that growth often requires leaving behind what is familiar in order to embrace what is next. Demonstrate Your Power by flowing with the Spirit's leading, trusting God's direction, and stepping boldly into new territory, because those who move with God's Spirit will continue to rise High and Lifted Up.
