Series: REVIVAL
“IN DUE SEASON” – PT II
Galatians 6:7-9 (KJV)Year Theme: HIGH AND LIFTED UP
BIG IDEA (For Everyone)
God’s provision is real—but it requires participation.
You cannot expect harvest where nothing has been planted.
Revival happens when we:
trust God’s process
steward what we’ve been given
remain faithful even when we don’t immediately see results
Because due season always comes for those who don’t quit.
1. GOD’S PROVISION IS ONLY LIMITED BY YOU (v.7)
What’s Happening
“Whatsoever a person sows, that shall they also reap.”
God gives seed, opportunity, gifts, and potential—but we must choose what to do with it.
Cliff Note (Plain Talk)
Your future is connected to what you’re planting right now.
Practical Application
Christian: Stop praying for harvest while neglecting obedience.
Non-Christian: Your habits shape your outcomes.
Gen Z / Millennials: Don’t sabotage your future with short-term thinking.
Professionals: Growth requires discipline and intentional investment.
Families: Healthy relationships require consistent sowing.
Black Community Word: We are not limited by lack of greatness—we are limited when we stop believing we can build, heal, and grow.
This Week: Ask yourself: “What am I planting daily?”
2. GOD’S PROVISION IS ALWAYS MORE THAN ENOUGH (v.8)
What’s Happening
Sowing to the Spirit produces life.
God’s provision is not barely enough—it produces overflow, growth, and transformation.
What God gives brings life to more than just you.
Cliff Note (Plain Talk)
God doesn’t plant seeds just for survival—He plants for multiplication.
Practical Application
Christian: Feed your spirit more than your fears.
Non-Christian: What you nurture internally eventually shows externally.
Gen Z Word: Stop feeding things that empty you.
Professionals: Invest in what produces long-term health, purpose, and peace.
Families: Sow love, presence, wisdom, and stability into the next generation.
Black Community Word: We come from people who made “more than enough” out of very little through faith, creativity, and resilience.
This Week: Choose one thing to intentionally nourish—your spirit, mind, health, or relationships.
3. GOD’S PROVISION IS REWARD FOR YOUR FAITHFULNESS (v.9)
What’s Happening
“Do not grow weary in well doing…”
Faithfulness matters even when results feel delayed.
Due season means:
there is a process
there is timing
there is a harvest coming
Cliff Note (Plain Talk)
Don’t quit before the harvest shows up.
Practical Application
Christian: Trust God even when progress feels slow.
Non-Christian: Consistency often matters more than quick success.
Gen Z Word: Just because it’s taking time doesn’t mean it’s failing.
Professionals: Sustainable growth takes patience.
Families: Keep investing in people even when change isn’t immediate.
Black Community Word: Many of the blessings we live in today came from ancestors who stayed faithful long before they saw results.
This Week: Stay committed to one thing you’ve been tempted to abandon.
BIG PICTURE TRUTH
Revival is not just emotional excitement.
It is:
responsibility
intentional sowing
and consistent faithfulness
Because what you plant today…you will eventually live in tomorrow.
FINAL WORD
Keep sowing.Keep trusting.Keep growing.
Because…
In due season,God will bring life out of everything you planted in faith.
