SPRING FORTH NOW - DAILY MEDITATION

Go and proclaim these words toward the north, and say, Return, thou backsliding Israel, saith the Lord; and I will not cause mine anger to fall upon you: for I am merciful, saith the Lord, and I will not keep anger for ever. Only acknowledge thine iniquity, that thou hast transgressed against the Lord thy God, and hast scattered thy ways to the strangers under every green tree, and ye have not obeyed my voice, saith the Lord. Turn, O backsliding children, saith the Lord; for I am married unto you: and I will take you one of a city, and two of a family, and I will bring you to Zion: And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding. And it shall come to pass, when ye be multiplied and increased in the land, in those days, saith the Lord, they shall say no more, The ark of the covenant of the Lord: neither shall it come to mind: neither shall they remember it; neither shall they visit it; neither shall that be done any more.

Jeremiah 3:12-16

God’s Word is established, no matter if we receive and operate in it or not. As God has spoken, it is done and it is up to us to choose to Embrace His Word as life to and for us. In our choosing to Embrace God’s Word for our lives, we are or will not be perfect as we diligently pursue it for our lives, however, God is and will be faithful to His Word and us. Diligently pursuing God’s Word has nothing to do with our being perfect but instead it is everything to do with our faith, believing and acting upon that belief. You and I will make mistakes, fall short, and sometimes intentionally take the wrong path but be assured God is an unconditionally merciful and loving God and if we shift with Him, return to Him, He is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all of our mistakes, shortcomings, and willfully wrong directions. God loves us and wants the best for us, despite us and our circumstances, for that reason He gave to us His Spirit to sustain us in His promises of life and life more abundantly. God’s intent purpose of giving us His Spirit, breathing life into us that makes us alive, is so that we would have a mechanism in which we are sensitive in our actions to His will and way for our lives. Catch The Wind of God’s Spirit and flow, you may not and will not always get it right, however, God’s Spirit has been given to provide sensitivity to God’s will and way, aligning your pathway and actions to His Word for your life.
