SPRING FORTH NOW - DAILY MEDITATION

When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am? And they said, Some say that thou art John the Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets. He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

Matthew 16:13-19

Life can be uncertain and very unpredictable causing one to be swayed by whatever seems and feels right for the time or the particular circumstance, often forcing us into choices that may or may not be wise. Our present experience of COVID-19 is such an uncertain and unpredictable situation in which we all find ourselves, challenging the very core of what we think and what we believe, begging us to make choices, often unwise choices as we seek some semblance of control. Be it know that any decision made from a place of fear or done hastily can turn to your detriment. Remember, no matter what you face, you are an overcomer. You have the right to life and life more abundantly as promised by God before, during, and after your circumstances and your promise is not conditioned on the circumstances, whether unknown, uncertain, unpredictable or even impossible. We are overcomers because we engage all things from a position of strength and advantage, a position in which we activate core principles of our faith, the rock of our salvation, deliverance, that when applied work in our favor, springing forth the promises of God in our lives. If you choose to live, live you will, although it may appear different from what you thought or could have predicted, nevertheless, it is sure as God’s Word. Grip the rock of your salvation, deliverance. It matters not the external circumstances of our lives, they do not determine the foundation of what we believe and/or can see, instead it is our intimate relationship with God who is Creator, Redeemer, and Sustainer of our life in which we trust and view all things. Therefore, when we find ourselves in spaces and positions of uncertainty and unpredictably, we rely and stand on the rock of our salvation, our relationship with God, who knew and knows. It is our relationship with God that gives us the ability to identify God in and through all things, accessing the indwelling of God’s very presence, His Spirit and when activated, leads and guides us through all things to overcome and inherit the very promises of God. Catch The Wind of God’s Spirit and grip the rock of your salvation, for out of your belly will flow rivers of living water, giving access and Power Of Witness to and for your life and life more abundantly in and through all things.
