DAILY MEDITATION

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world. But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.

I Peter 5:8-10

Living Under Grace places us in a unique position; under attack from any and all things that would separate us from the will, purpose, and plan of God for our lives. We must watch as we go forward, pressing our way to the promises of God. The certainly of our living in the life and life more abundantly is a threat to the darkness of life and as a result, darkness fights to keep us in a place that separates us from God and the light of His abundance in our lives, preventing us from God’s desire that we LIVE. We must be sober and vigilant about what should be for our lives, even when it appears impossible, fighting the frustration of the journey and acknowledging the worship of God over life and even the pit stops we experience in getting to what should be. The pitstops, frustrations and anxieties, have been given to sharpen us, ready us for experiencing. and living the promises of God, to LIVE. It is a result of the pitstops that we recognize and embrace the all powerful nature of God and are humbled by His grace, favor on our lives. Living Under Grace is not the absence of conflict or frustration but the reality of the love and power of God operating in our lives and making the way for our life and life more abundantly!
