SPRING FORTH NOW
Wait on the LORD:
be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.
Psalm 27:14
Perhaps one of the most misunderstood and misinterpreted terms in the Bible is the concept of wait. Wait is often, and maybe the preferred understanding and interpretation, defined as sitting around doing nothing and expecting God to do everything, relieving one of any responsibility to possess the promise of their life and life more abundantly. However, God has already done everything He has promised; before we were shaped and formed in our mother’s womb, God had already called us and with His calling prepared our way so that we would accomplish that which He intends. The responsibility of life is to live, move and have our being in Him, His Word, the promises for our lives, challenging us to act as co-creators with God in our reality. We have been given a choice, live or die, blessings or curses, Activate or wander around aimlessly and with our choices, God encourages us to choose life, blessings; actions which produces His promises fulfilled in our life. The term wait is better defined as working that which God has given us while also expecting the fulfillment of our promises, pressing toward the mark of the higher calling, diligently pursuing Him, His Word and in so doing we walk into, Activate our role as co-creator with God. As co-creator with God, we participate in the transformation of our circumstances, spaces to that which God has promised for our life. Taking up our responsibility by no means is an easy task and for that reason He blew into us the breath of life, His Spirit and as we receive, we have power which causes us to rise as we are working our calling, producing our ability to Soar. Soar to the fullness of your potential and take courage, Activate your purpose and plan, your promise and receive the exceedingly, abundantly, more than you can ever ask or think by the power of His Spirit working in you, making His Word for your life flesh, real!
