SPRING FORTH NOW

Why do you complain, Jacob? Why do you say, Israel,

“My way is hidden from the Lord; my cause is disregarded by my God”?

Do you not know? Have you not heard?

The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth.

He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom.

He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.

Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall;

but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.

They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary,

they will walk and not be faint.

Isaiah 40:27-31 (NIV)

We have finally arrived at the last day of 2020 and it appears that the year we look forward to pass into history as a result of the blatant onslaught of Anti-Blackness as well as the COVID-19 pandemic is yet walloping us with destruction, chaos and death which has been its norm. I do not believe anyone could have predicted what 2020 was going to yield, I don’t care how spiritual you think you may be, spare us all that self-aggrandizement, 2020 was far beyond what we could have ever imagined. As normal, we had looked forward to 2020 being better than 2019, yielding that which would have enhanced our joy and spaces. However, the lesson learned is despite your circumstances or what the year may bring, it is not the press or realities of life and/or the year that dictates but instead the very thing that keeps us flowing and elevating us in our presses, seeing and seizing opportunities for life is our level of expectations, hope. Therefore, as we move toward 2021 with no real clear understanding of what it will bring, the question and reliance is not just on the passing of the old to the new but instead on what is our expectations, not of someone else but of you. Our spirit of expectancy is the vehicle that allows us to flow and be elevated no matter what the presses of our lives. Our expectancy, hope is fed by the Spirit of God, the Creator of all things, who does know and knew exactly what life and its challenges, including what the year will bring. As we Catch The Wind of God's Spirit, we are empowered to navigate and overcome the perils of whatever challenge is before us and/or what the year may bring to be His witness, to Tell It. Tell It by living, moving, and having your being in Him, the expectation, hope of His Word fulfilled in your life and by His Spirt Soar, even in your weariness and the reality of you feeling faint. Catch The Wind of God’s Spirit to Soar in 2021 beyond what is or whatever will be, allowing your expectations, hopes for the fulfillment of God’s promises empower you; activate, accumulate, and accelerate power to possess every promise of God for your life!
