If we claim that we’re free of sin, we’re only fooling ourselves. A claim like that is errant nonsense. On the other hand, if we admit our sins—simply come clean about them—he won’t let us down; he’ll be true to himself. He’ll forgive our sins and purge us of all wrongdoing. If we claim that we’ve never sinned, we out-and-out contradict God—make a liar out of him. A claim like that only shows off our ignorance of God.

The most powerful weapon used against us is our own sense of guilt and shame, forcing us to be and act differently than what can and should be in our lives, yet we have the power to overcome our guilt and shame by simply forgiving ourselves and moving on. As we all know, it is very difficult to forgive others therefore, it is almost impossible for us to forgive ourselves, however, when you choose to Readjust your life to embrace God’s unconditional love for you, you will be persuaded that nothing, including your guilt and shame, can separate you from God's love, His intent for your life and life more abundantly. God knew and knows that we, all humans, saved and unsaved, believers as well as non-believers will sin - separate yourself from the promises of God for your life and all God requires is that you come to yourself, make the necessary Readjustment and live in the fullness of His promises and He will do exceedingly, abundantly, more than but he power that works within you. God has already forgiven you, paid the price to cleanse you, and stands ready and available to assist you in overcoming and inheriting all things just as He intended, Breathe: New Life and live!
