SPRING FORTH NOW

Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that the family of believers throughout the world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings. And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast. To him be the power for ever and ever. Amen.

Exhale, is the cleansing and releasing of yourself to the flow and move of God’s intended will for your life. It is hard to know the thoughts and ways of God, they are much higher than ours, therefore, it is incumbent upon us if we wish to experience the life and life more abundantly promised, we must make ourselves available to God. Our availability is not linked to the natural or the physical but instead to the Spirit, allowing us to transcend the boundaries of the natural and physical and even go through them to achieve that which can and should be for our lives. Breathe: New Life by submitting yourself to God and allowing the leading and guiding of His Spirit to prepare, position, and pour out for you the pathway to your living in your maximum potential, your life and life more abundantly. You will experience the difficulties of life but you are already fitted to overcome them. Exhale the excess and toxic, embracing the Spirit of God which empowers to resist the wiles of the devil, darkness, negativity and receive God's grace, favor to transform all things for the good, even beyond the existence of natural and physical obstacles.
