It says in Scripture, What is man and woman that you bother with them; why take a second look their way?  You made them not quite as high as angels, bright with Eden’s dawn light; Then you put them in charge of your entire handcrafted world.  When God put them in charge of everything, nothing was excluded. But we don’t see it yet, don’t see everything under human jurisdiction. What we do see is Jesus, made “not quite as high as angels,” and then, through the experience of death, crowned so much higher than any angel, with a glory “bright with Eden’s dawn light.” In that death, by God’s grace, he fully experienced death in every person’s place.

Why would God crown humanity with glory and honor, yet we still wrestle with feeling overlooked, underestimated, and unseen? Hebrews reminds us that even when we don’t yet see everything aligned, we do see Jesus—High and Lifted Up—revealing what our lives are meant to look like. For a people who have been told we are less while carrying more, this is your confirmation that your identity is not defined by what’s missing but by what God has already spoken over you. When you Look Up, you shift from focusing on what hasn’t happened to trusting the One who already crowned you with purpose and possibility. Dream Big, because your future is not capped by your current conditions—it is anchored in divine intention and generational strength. Decide To Become who God declared you to be, even if the world hasn’t caught up yet, because elevation often starts before recognition. Demonstrate Your Power by walking boldly in your authority, building what you’ve been shown, and living like someone who knows they were created to rise High and Lifted Up.
