Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD,
the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary?
there is no searching of his understanding. He giveth power to the faint;
and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.
Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:
But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength;
they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary;
and they shall walk, and not faint.
Isaiah 40:28-31
Community, hear this: exhaustion is real, but it is not the end of your story. Isaiah 40:28–31 (KJV) reminds us that the everlasting God never grows weary, and His strength is not limited by what drains us. To Transcend is to stop drawing only from your own reserves and start receiving from a source High And Lifted Up above burnout and fatigue. Waiting on the Lord is not passive; it is a powerful alignment that renews your capacity to rise. For Black people who have carried generations of weight and still kept moving, this promise speaks directly to our resilience and our need for restoration. You will run and not be weary, walk and not faint, because divine strength meets you where human strength runs out. Lift your expectation, steady your spirit, and prepare to rise on wings you did not have to build yourself.
