How excellent is thy lovingkindness, O God!

therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of thy wings.

They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of thy house;

and thou shalt make them drink of the river of thy pleasures.

For with thee is the fountain of life:

in thy light shall we see light.

O continue thy lovingkindness unto them that know thee;

and thy righteousness to the upright in heart.

Psalm 36:7-10

Under the shadow of His wings, there is more for you than survival—there is overflow. Psalm 36:7–10 (KJV) reveals a God whose lovingkindness invites us into abundance, where we drink from rivers that never run dry. To Transcend is to move from barely making it to boldly receiving what God has already prepared. There is a life High And Lifted Up where light replaces confusion and joy replaces exhaustion. For Black people who have mastered making a way out of no way, this passage stretches us to believe for more than endurance—it calls us into abundance. God is not limited to sustaining you; He desires to satisfy you. Step into that flow, build from that place, and let your life reflect the fullness that comes from staying close to Him.
