For thou, LORD, art high above all the earth: thou art exalted far above all gods.

Ye that love the LORD, hate evil: he preserveth the souls of his saints;

he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked.  Light is sown for the righteous,

and gladness for the upright in heart.  Rejoice in the LORD, ye righteous;

and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.

Psalm 97:9-12

Community, don’t let what’s trending distract you from what’s eternal. Psalm 97:9–12 (KJV) declares that the Lord is High And Lifted Up above all the earth, which means no system, no pressure, and no power outranks Him. To Transcend is to live with that awareness, letting your choices rise above what tries to pull you down. For Black people who have had to navigate both brilliance and burden, this truth anchors us in a reality greater than what we see. Light is sown for the righteous, which means your future is already being prepared even when the present feels heavy. Joy is not random; it is rooted in alignment with God’s ways. Stand tall, stay focused, and keep building, because when God is above it all, your life is never beneath what He has promised.
