Shew me thy ways, O LORD; teach me thy paths.
Lead me in thy truth, and teach me:
for thou art the God of my salvation;
on thee do I wait all the day.
Psalm 25:4-5
Show us Your way, Lord, because wandering is easy when the road ahead is unclear. Psalm 25:4–5 (KJV) is the prayer of someone who refuses to stay stuck and instead asks God for direction that rises High And Lifted Up above confusion. To Transcend is not pretending you know everything; it is having the humility to ask God to teach you what you do not yet see. For generations of Black people who have had to navigate systems not designed for our flourishing, this prayer becomes strategy as well as spirituality. God’s guidance steadies your steps when the path forward looks uncertain. Divine truth becomes the map that turns pressure into progress. When God leads, ordinary steps begin to move you into extraordinary purpose.
