Now go, write it before them in a table, and note it in a book,
that it may be for the time to come for ever and ever:
Isaiah 30:8
Our community knows what it means to be told to move on, forget, or stay quiet—but Isaiah 30:8 says some truths must be written and made permanent. God tells the prophet to record the vision so it can outlive the moment, reminding us that Focus is about preserving what matters when pressure tries to erase it. This is a High And Lifted Up kind of Focus, one that refuses to let truth be buried by convenience or fear. For Black people especially, this is sacred work: naming our story, claiming our promise, and refusing to let our future be rewritten by anyone else. When vision is written, hands gain direction and courage to build with intention. This word stretches across generations, inviting elders to remember, Millennials to document, and Gen Z to carry it forward. Stay Focused, stay lifted, because what God records is meant to guide us long after the noise fades.
