For we have the living Word of God, which is full of energy, like a two-mouthed sword. It will even penetrate to the very core of our being where soul and spirit, bone and marrow meet! It interprets and reveals the true thoughts and secret motives of our hearts. There is not one person who can hide their thoughts from God, for nothing that we do remains a secret, and nothing created is concealed, but everything is exposed and defenseless before his eyes, to whom we must render an account.

Hebrews 4:12-13 (TPT)

The Word is cutting through what you’ve been avoiding. Hebrews 4:12–13 (The Passion Translation) declares that God’s voice is alive and sharp, exposing the motives, habits, and blindspots we tried to pass off as personality. Knowing Your Blindspots is not punishment; it is precision surgery for the soul. Nothing is hidden from the One who sees from a place High And Lifted Up, and that truth should free you more than it frightens you. For Black people navigating layered pressures and inherited wounds, this living Word discerns what survival taught us and separates it from what God is shaping us to become. The same Word that uncovers also rebuilds, calling you to dream beyond coping and step into calling. Let every generation welcome the examination, because clarity is the doorway to courage and purpose.
