February 11

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.

I Corinthians 13:12

We do not yet see everything clearly, and that truth should humble us before it hardens us. First Corinthians 13:12 (KJV) reminds us that our vision is partial, like looking through dim glass, and that awareness exposes blindspots we would rather ignore. Knowing Your Blindspots is spiritual maturity, because it keeps confidence from turning into arrogance. From a High And Lifted Up perspective, God sees fully what we only glimpse in fragments. For Black people navigating layered realities and inherited narratives, this scripture grants grace: you are allowed to grow in understanding without pretending you already know it all. Clarity will come, but humility must lead. Let every generation walk forward with bold dreams and steady hands, trusting that the One who sees clearly is guiding us beyond what we currently understand.
