In returning and rest shall ye be saved;

in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength:

and ye would not.

Isaiah 30:15

Sometimes the most powerful move you can make is to stop moving long enough to become still. In Isaiah 30:15 (KJV), God declares that “in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength,” reminding us that Holy Ground does not always demand activity; sometimes it demands trust. Living High And Lifted Up means sitting with the vision until you no longer need urgency, noise, or constant motion to convince yourself that progress is happening. Our Black communities have mastered pressing forward, but flourishing also requires sacred spaces where we can rest, listen, heal, think, and gather strength for what comes next. Dream Big, without believing you must exhaust yourself to prove the vision matters. Decide To Become quiet enough to hear and confident enough to trust what is taking shape. Demonstrate Your Power by refusing panic, protecting your peace, and moving when purpose—not pressure—says move.
