Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD,
the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary?
there is no searching of his understanding. He giveth power to the faint;
and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
Isaiah 40:28-31
Some of us are tired—not because we stopped believing, but because we’ve been carrying too much for too long. Isaiah 40:28–31 (KJV) lifts our Focus to a God who never gets weary and never runs out of strength. To live High And Lifted Up is to wait with expectation, not exhaustion, trusting renewal over burnout. For Black people and our communities, this is sacred reassurance: rest is not quitting, and waiting is not weakness. When your Focus stays on God, strength shows up where effort runs out. Those who wait rise, run, and walk with purpose intact. Let this word carry every generation upward, reminding us that renewal always follows trust.
