Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
Galatians 6:7-9
We live in a world that craves quick returns and instant results, but Galatians 6:7–9 reminds us that life still operates according to the law of sowing and reaping. Focus is choosing what you plant, even when the harvest feels far off and unseen. To live High And Lifted Up is to trust God’s timing more than the pressure to perform or prove. For Black people and our communities, this is a word of hope: every seed of faith, discipline, justice, and love is working toward a future that cannot be canceled. When weariness creeps in, the text urges us not to quit, because the harvest comes to those who stay steady. This wisdom transcends generations, calling us to sow with intention. Stay Focused, stay lifted, and keep planting—your season is coming.
