Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain:

let all the inhabitants of the land tremble:

for the day of the LORD cometh, for it is nigh at hand;

Joel 2:1

Being on high alert is to be attentive to God’s trumpet being blown in your life.  God uses the circumstances of our everyday walking around life, including our challenges, to sound the alarm for us to assemble with and to Him.  Do not allow what you believe are the particulars of your life that appear overwhelming to drive your narrative; they are simply the sounding of the trumpet, therefore, see them as opportunities and possibilities for you to discover and recover your Hidden Manna.  I understand that you want to see your pathway, opportunities and possibilities for life through a lens that is appealing, convenient, and comfortable, and thus, will cause you to be Looking In All The Wrong Places.  However, be on high alert by looking for God, everywhere and in all things, and when you believe you see God, listen for His call, His trumpet blowing, and respond, and in your response, you will discover and recover your Hidden Manna.
