Do not deceive yourselves. If any of you think you are wise by the standards of this age, you should become “fools” so that you may become wise. For the wisdom of this world is foolishness in God’s sight. As it is written: “He catches the wise in their craftiness”;
I Corinthians 3:18-19 (NIV)
Seeing as the Lord sees requires humility and a willingness to let go of what the world calls wisdom. When we pray, “Lord, I Want To See,” we’re asking God to open our eyes beyond appearances—to perceive His truth and purpose even when it contradicts human logic. In that surrender lies Hidden Manna—the quiet revelation and nourishment that come when we trust divine wisdom over worldly understanding. True sight is not about knowing more but about seeing deeper, recognizing God’s hand where others see only confusion. The Lord invites us to exchange pride for perception, trading self-assurance for spiritual insight. When you allow Him to teach you His way of seeing, you begin to discern His wisdom in every circumstance. Today, ask God to open your eyes to His higher truth, and let His hidden wisdom guide your steps with clarity and peace.
