Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

Living with Intentionality means preparing daily for the challenges that life and the enemy may bring. Paul urges us to put on the whole armor of God, reminding us that strength and victory come not from our own efforts but from God’s provision. The Hidden Manna here is the spiritual nourishment that equips us to endure and stand firm—truth, righteousness, faith, salvation, the Word, and prayer all working together as our defense. Intentionality requires us not to drift into each day unprepared but to clothe ourselves with God’s power on purpose. Even when trials press hard, His armor enables us not just to survive but to remain steadfast in our calling. Standing firm becomes a testimony of God’s faithfulness and strength working through you. Today, be intentional in putting on His armor, trusting that His unseen provision will keep you strong and unmovable in every battle.
