The preparations of the heart in man, and the answer of the tongue, is from the LORD.
All the ways of a man are clean in his own eyes; but the LORD weigheth the spirits.
Commit thy works unto the LORD, and thy thoughts shall be established.
The LORD hath made all things for himself: yea, even the wicked for the day of evil.
Proverbs 16:1-4
Living with Intentionality begins with preparing your heart and mind, yet this passage reminds us that the fullness of our words and actions comes from the Lord. While we may think our ways are right, God alone examines the heart and measures our spirit. The Hidden Manna here is the promise that when we commit our works to Him, He establishes our thoughts, giving clarity and stability in decision-making. Intentionality, then, means not just planning carefully but also surrendering those plans to the One who created all things for His glory. Every step becomes meaningful when aligned with His purpose, even when His direction looks different from your expectations. By leaning into His wisdom, your life becomes anchored, fruitful, and at peace. Today, be intentional in committing your plans to God, trusting that He will feed you with insight and establish your way.
