O LORD, I know that the way of man is not in himself:
it is not in man that walketh to direct his steps.
O LORD, correct me, but with judgment;
not in thine anger, lest thou bring me to nothing.
Jeremiah 10:23-24
Living with Intentionality means acknowledging that your life is not fully your own—you cannot direct your steps apart from God’s wisdom and guidance. Jeremiah confesses that human understanding is limited, and the true strength of intentional living comes from surrendering your way to the Lord. The Hidden Manna in this passage is the grace of God’s correction, which steers you away from paths that would harm you and aligns you with His purpose. Intentionality, then, is not rigid self-determination but humble openness to God’s direction, even when it requires discipline. His correction is not meant to break you but to shape you, ensuring your journey bears fruit. When you invite Him to order your steps, He feeds you with wisdom and steadies you with mercy. Today, be intentional in seeking His leading, trusting that His loving guidance is the nourishment that will carry you forward.
