For I am the LORD, I change not;

therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.

Malachi 3:6

On this Good Friday, as we remember the unchanging love shown through Christ’s sacrifice, we’re reminded that many seek peace, stability, and meaning, Looking In All The Wrong Places—careers, relationships, status, or fleeting pleasures. But today’s scripture declares a profound truth: God does not change. In a world where everything shifts and fades, He alone is our steady anchor. The cross stands as eternal proof that His mercy endures, and because He is faithful, we are not consumed. This is the Hidden Manna—the nourishing, sustaining grace of God that isn’t found in the noise of the world, but in the quiet, constant presence of the Lord. Today, instead of looking outward for comfort, look upward and inward, to the One who remains the same yesterday, today, and forever. Let His unchanging nature feed your soul in ways the world never could.
