So don’t you see that we don’t owe this old do-it-yourself life one red cent. There’s nothing in it for us, nothing at all. The best thing to do is give it a decent burial and get on with your new life. God’s Spirit beckons. There are things to do and places to go!  This resurrection life you received from God is not a timid, grave-tending life. It’s adventurously expectant, greeting God with a childlike “What’s next, Papa?” God’s Spirit touches our spirits and confirms who we really are. We know who he is, and we know who we are: Father and children. And we know we are going to get what’s coming to us—an unbelievable inheritance! We go through exactly what Christ goes through. If we go through the hard times with him, then we’re certainly going to go through the good times with him!

You Better Than This must be your mantra, declaring to you, your space, and whatever adversaries exist that you are pressing toward a higher mark.  Nothing and no one can stand before you when you embrace the value of you and the very Spirit of God in you, leading and guiding you to the more, your higher mark for life and life more abundantly.  You must consider, decide, and take action to move on from that which is lifeless, dead, in your life to press toward living and abundant living.  The dead of your life will way you down and cause too much of your energy to be diverted to people, places, and things that are going nowhere, push past them onto that which will bring you life with the potential for more.  Open Up The Way and refuse to settle for what is and become satisfied living beneath your potential, You Better Than This, get up and press, moving beyond the lifeless to that which brings life and life more abundantly!
