From now on, think of it this way: Sin speaks a dead language that means nothing to you; God speaks your mother tongue, and you hang on every word. You are dead to sin and alive to God. That’s what Jesus did. That means you must not give sin a vote in the way you conduct your lives. Don’t give it the time of day. Don’t even run little errands that are connected with that old way of life. Throw yourselves wholeheartedly and full-time—remember, you’ve been raised from the dead!—into God’s way of doing things. Sin can’t tell you how to live. After all, you’re not living under that old tyranny any longer. You’re living in the freedom of God.

Romans 6:11-14 (MSG)

Because of the sacrifice of Christ, His willingness to take on all the challenges and chaos we could ever experience and offer Himself instead in payment has caused us to be Set Apart. We have been Set Apart from sin if we choose to hang on to every Word of God for our lives, freeing us from sin because He has already paid the price. Do not allow sin, in particular the guilt and shame of your shortcomings and/or inabilities to deal with life’s challenges and chaos, you have been set free and therefore, be free from it. Get over yourself; your shortcomings and inabilities, and press forward through whatever exists, discovering not only the power of God but that which He has given unto you; the indwelling of His Spirit and walk worthy of your vocation, calling, the promise of life and life more abundantly! Listen to the voice of freedom offered to you through Christ and be Set Apart, discern the light from the darkness; live, move, and have your being in your Most Favored Stratus as established and paid for by God!
