And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light. Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying. But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.

Romans 13:11-14

The longer we wait to deal with the issues of our life that eat away at us in the dark, in our secret places, the more we give power to those hidden and secret demons to eventually overwhelm us and our press toward our life and life more abundantly. Expose your demons by confronting them with the light of truth and as painful as the experience may be and as afraid you may be of the fallout of the confrontation of your demons, the time is now, release the light of truth and begin the process of disinfection. The choice to Expose is not necessarily the choice to publish, instead Expose right in the darkness of your own space between you and your demons by releasing the Spirit of power, love, and sound mind within you. Therefore, be busy building up your inner person, the Spirit within, and let it overcome you, including your hidden and secret things, you have a Most Favored Status and thus you are favored by God, the Creator of all things, to win!
