For I am the least of the apostles, that am not meet to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God. But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.

Our ability to Lead from where we are is not because of some special ability that we personally have what it takes, but instead, it is because of the grace, unmerited favor, of God in our lives. Never think that your ability to do the supernatural, the extraordinary, the impossible is due to you and you alone, it always involves the grace of God. God’s grace has been extended to you to Lead so that you might reveal God. It is God’s grace in which you and I have the access and power to operate in a Most Favored Status; doing the supernatural, the extraordinary, the impossible and it is from there that we Lead.
