SPRING FORTH NOW 2023

For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the faith God has distributed to each of you. For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your[a] faith; if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully.

Romans 12:3-8 (NIV)

To Lead by no means indicates that one should think of oneself more highly but instead see oneself as a servant leader. A servant leader seeks to Lead by service; understanding that the decisions and actions you take are for the benefit of not only yourself but also the people who follow you, whether you are aware or not. Therefore, we must be mindful in each and every action of our lives that people are watching and our space is awaiting what we will do and how we act and it will set a course for the people, places, and things of your space to follow. God has given you the ability to be all He has created and called you for and it is not how great or perfect you may be but instead because of your willingness to be His witness, serving God and all of His creation. It is for your ability to Lead by being a servant leader in which God has placed on your life a Most Favored Status.
