DAILY MEDITATION

Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar? Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect? And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God. Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only. Likewise also was not Rahab the harlot justified by works, when she had received the messengers, and had sent them out another way? For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.

James 2:21-26

The sowing process of life that yields the harvest promised by God is a choice that you and I must make if we are to LIVE and be Fruitful and Multiply. The sowing process involves taking a co-creative position with God that challenges us to work the assignment, the purpose and plan of God for our lives. As we are willing to take action on what God says should be for our lives, we enter the process and with God create our reality. We cannot and should not expect God to do everything, He has already done it, it is up to you and I to LIVE in it and as we do we release that which God has already prepared and paid for, our life and life more abundantly. Do not be afraid of the work, working your assignment, God has foreknowledge of the challenges you will face and yet with them the power for you to overcome and inherit all things, be Fruitful and Multiply. You are a friend of God and as God’s friend, He gives you everything you need, in addition to His support, to engage any thing that would prevent you from His covenant, promise to and for you to LIVE and live fully in the overflow. Work your assignment for it goes hand in hand with God’s promise of your harvest, sow and nurture God’s Word by working your assignment and you will receive a harvest; thee exceedingly, abundantly, more than you can ever ask or think by the power that worketh in you!
