DAILY MEDITATION

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

Ephesians 2:8-10

Living Under Grace release us from being perfect yet challenges us to strive for perfection. Being perfect can place a stress and burden on you that prevents you from forging ahead in and after mistakes. We are all prone to make mistakes, to sin but the guilt and shame of our being naked before God is a built in proposition by God in our creation and thus we have extended to us grace. The grace of God is His favor, God smiles, sheds HIs unconditional love upon us, despite and in spite of us, to assure that if we are diligent, striving for perfection, to be what He has ordained, God extends to us His grace in order to LIVE. Our extension of grace is not dependent upon our works but instead on our faith in God and His promises for our lives. By no means is our faith an excuse for us not producing, striving to produce works that honor God, instead we are released from the guilt and shame of falling short of our willingness to be. Living Under Grace is our gift from God for our willingness to believe Him and His promises for our lives and striving for what should be fueled by the faith that it will be. To LIVE releases you from trying to go it alone and depend solely on your efforts, works in order to achieve that which God has promised, you have a git from God given before you or the world or your circumstances existed to ensure you will LIVE and win!
