DAILY MEDITATION

Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead. And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;

Colossians 2:12-13

Our Transformed Lives are of value because we accept the fact that our everyday experiences are opportunity for things to die in us and yet we are raised to a new creature, new level of understanding and empowerment. The process of transformation is the journey of engaging the circumstances of our lives and overcoming them while also realizing our power source and capacity to handle what we before did not believe was possible. In addition, the process of transformation challenges us to make choices, decisions that unearths abilities and powers never before realized but also most importantly challenges us to take a stand, to believe in that which should be for our lives and forge, be sensitive to the way God has prepared to get us to a place of power and authority in our lives. Without the process of transformation, including our shortcomings, failings, sins we would never realize our potential, opportunities, and possibilities. Therefore, the process is necessary to discover who we are, what we have, and what is necessary to build out our well-lived and joy filled live; evaluating and developing. The process reveals options as well as challenges in which we must decide whether we desire what should be for our lives, in our circumstances, life or death, blessings or cursing. It is the Spirt of God within, not how right we are or wrong we are, but that which makes us living should that is stirred, brought alive that points us to choosing the option of life and blessings, in our situations, to Occupy Our Promise.
