SPRING FORTH NOW - DAILY MEDITATION
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.
Philippians 4:8-9
Our thought life can be controlling of what our actions will be, influencing whether or not we achieve that which is promised to us in the face of life’s challenges. If we think we are defeated or our situations impossible, it can determine our actions, however, we have access to the mindset of Christ who despite, death, hell, and the grave arose victorious, providing us hope for our victory, opportunities to overcome and inherit all things. The challenge for us in the midst of life’s circumstances is to Elevate our thinking into the spirit realm of God where all things are possible and press forward to our higher calling. When we are Elevated in the Spirit we view and act not from the surface of our circumstances but instead from God's Kingdom view in which we, because of our Lord, are more than conquerors. Thus, as we Catch The Wind of God’s Spirit, from that vantage point, we have the power to choose how we view our experiences, either as experiences that will hurt and/or harm us or experiences that will prosper us with all things working out for our good. As we see our experiences by the Spirit, we are empowered with spiritual insight, seeing opportunities in our circumstances, no matter what they look like, developing a cadre of experiences, past and present, which empowers us to see and be more sensitive to God and His path for our lives. Catch The Wind of God’s Spirt and Elevate your mind, thought life, seeing pass what is to that which shall become, all along the way, connecting the dots of your experiences as markers that charts your course to press forward in God’s higher calling for your joy-filled life.
