SPRING FORTH NOW
Dear friends, do you think you’ll get anywhere in this if you learn all the right words but never do anything? Does merely talking about faith indicate that a person really has it? For instance, you come upon an old friend dressed in rags and half-starved and say, “Good morning, friend! Be clothed in Christ! Be filled with the Holy Spirit!” and walk off without providing so much as a coat or a cup of soup—where does that get you? Isn’t it obvious that God-talk without God-acts is outrageous nonsense?
James 2:14-17 (MSG)
Action is critical to our ability to live in the promises of our life and life more abundantly. You cannot expect God to drop things out of the air or name it-claim it, call it-haul it, without you putting in the work required to receive; sowing and reaping; being a doer of the Word. Your promise from God requires you to believe it, and your belief is manifested in your actions. Remember, without faith, it is impossible to please God, those who come to Him must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. Readjust your life and space to properly align with God’s promises for your life, His purpose and plan as a foundation for taking action on what you believe can and should be. As you take actions, love your Word; promises; life and space, you Breathe: New Life not only for you but also for one another and all of God's creation.
