You, however, know all about my teaching, my way of life, my purpose, faith, patience, love, endurance, persecutions, sufferings—what kinds of things happened to me in Antioch, Iconium and Lystra, the persecutions I endured. Yet the Lord rescued me from all of them. In fact, everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted, while evildoers and impostors will go from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived. But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have become convinced of, because you know those from whom you learned it, and how from infancy you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God[a] may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

Life demands from time to time our evaluating where we are in order to successfully get to where we should be. Evaluations helps us to navigate the demands of life and our circumstances which often will place us at cross roads, demanding that we either go right, left, forward, backward or remain stuck at the intersection. The challenge at the intersection is also complicated by the flow of traffic, will we be able to merge into, handle the transition required to get us to our destination. What is most helpful in challenging situations is to take deep breaths so as to Inhale, driving the necessary oxygen into our lungs which expand and forces the oxygen out to our heart, causing blood to flow, transforming food (possibilities) along the way into energy toward opportunities for the body (your life) to appropriate at full capacity. Therefore, since the challenges of life are constant we must constantly evaluate our breathing, especially if we desire to Breathe: New Life. Just as is normal when we appear at our Doctor’s appointment that the Doctor checks our breathing as a way to determine the flow and process; appropriate functioning of the lungs to process to the heart and thus the pumping of energy to the body to function appropriately, so to must we as Paul instructs Timothy. Check out what your are Inhaling to determine if it is free flowing that causes you learn, develop from your experiences know-with-all for you achieving that which should be. Further, is there a free flowing spirit that challenges you to not just be but flow in the traffic of your life to that which has been prepared for you and in flowing in such a way that provides you opportunity for practical application of your Word of promise. Breathe: New Life demands that we constantly evaluate what we are Inhaling so as to ensure that the free flowing spirit of that which will make us advantageous in our circumstances to seize the opportunities to overcome and inherit of all things!
