“The tragedy in life is not reaching your goals it is having no goals to reach for,” said Dr. Benjamin Elijah Mays as a challenge to us all to dream big and pursue those dreams with all our might.  I often limit myself by thinking that what I bring to my experiences is insufficient, it does not compare to someone else’s abilities that I think deserve more than me, or that I am just too afraid to fail thus, I think and act small.   Without question, God made you in His very image and blew into you His Spirit, making you a living soul and declaring you the crown of His glory, with such an endorsement and power within, we need not fear anything or depreciate our value.  As a backup, God sent His Son, Jesus, to sacrifice on our behalf even in our failings and shortcomings, to make up the difference, reconcile us, and clear the way to God’s intent for our life and life more abundantly.  Therefore, declare to yourself and space wherever you are or whatever is going on that You Better Than This, Open Up Your Way with the confidence that God has given you all power and authority, you have His image and the power of His Spirit, act like it and act with Him!
