Jesus went on: “Does anyone bring a lamp home and put it under a bucket or beneath the bed? Don’t you put it up on a table or on the mantel? We’re not keeping secrets, we’re telling them; we’re not hiding things, we’re bringing them out into the open. “Are you listening to this? Really listening? “Listen carefully to what I am saying—and be wary of the shrewd advice that tells you how to get ahead in the world on your own. Giving, not getting, is the way. Generosity begets generosity. Stinginess impoverishes.”

Let your light shine and let it shine brightly because wherever you are and whatever is going on you have been chosen, anointed for it. Stop allowing life with its challenges to define you, in the midst of it all, Expose yourself and your God-given gifts to your situation and allow the light of God on and through you shine. As you Expose your God-created self to your life and your challenges, you turn the light on for others. Beware that you do not limit yourself because of people, places, and things but still be the God-created you because they need your light so they too can receive the light to shine. Bountifully pour out of you the God-created you and live, move, and have your being in your Most Favored Status, revealing God in the fullness of His presence, power, and promises fulfilled.
