For the life of a creature is in the blood, and I have given it to you to make atonement for yourselves on the altar; it is the blood that makes atonement for one’s life.

Our being at one with God, atonement, is made real because of the shedding of Christ, the Anointed One’s blood. Blood serves as the lifeline of us all and in Christ offering His blood, He offers His life for our life so that we may not endure the repercussions of what would be Exposed about us from things that have come to separate us from God and His blessings. Our covering is Christ’s life standing in the gap for us, covering us so that which can and should eliminate us from being reunited with God and His promises for our lives are repelled. We have a Most Favored Status because we are covered with the life of the Anointed One made real in His covering, shedding of His life for you and I to live, take full advantage of your gift, and shine, you have been reconciled to the promises of God!
