And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.

Ephesians 6:4

It is incumbent upon the Father to ensure that his household is on one accord, focused, yet individually living, moving, and having their being in that which God has ordained. God our Father has imparted upon all creation their assignment and gifts to ensure that what He has planned for all of creation will come to pass. Everyone and everything has a purpose; we are a piece of a mosaic in which all creation is awaiting each piece to play its part, creating the grand mosaic of life which God had intended. Therefore, the model for our families, for our organizations, is this role of the Father whose assignment is to ensure that everyone and everything is developed, nurtured, and sustained in one accord with their individuality so that everyone and everything will play its part in creating the great symphony of life, walking worthy of what God has ordained, a Most Favored Status.
