And so that we would know that we are his true children, God released the Spirit of Sonship into our hearts—moving us to cry out intimately, “My Father! My true Father!”

The development and nurturing of our personal and intimate relationship with God through Christ release God’s Spirit in and through us, causing us to be consumed and connected with God, His children, and all of His creation. The Spirit of God's intended purpose of connecting us fosters our belonging to Him and He to us as Father to His children and as children who embrace God as Father. Embracing our relationship as God's children automatically connects us to all of His children and all people, places, and things, all of which He has created. God is our Father and as we embrace our belonging by developing and nurturing our personal and intimate relationship with Him, His Spirit adopts us into His family with all rights, privileges thereunto and pertaining, a Most Favored Status.
